Meet the Retreat Team

For this retreat I am partnering with the wonderful Sally Lloyd-Jones, a Barrer and fitness instructor. Hear more about her:

About Sally

Barre and fitness instructor.

I’m Sally. I fell in love with Barre 13 years ago. I was struggling to find an exercise program which gave me strength and flexibility. I was following high intensity programs, boot camps which I endured because I thought it was the only way to workout. I found myself permanently injured, I was never consistent and I felt rubbish.

Then I discovered Barre. It allowed me to connect with my body at a slightly slower pace, I was mindful of what muscle I was activating and enjoyed the process of building muscle safely. The injuries ceased. It felt like less punishment and more about connecting my body and mind together – it was a revelation. I became consistent, my body started to change, tone and strengthen my muscles and I was strong.

At 50, my forties have been my fittest and strongest decade. Age is just a number, promise!

What I particularly liked about her approach was the clarity and guidance she provided flawlessly. She is very intuitive and managed to identify my main challenges very quickly, providing a safe, trusting and loving environment for sharing, accompanied by tasks she gave me in-between sessions in order to fulfil my set goals. She is infinitely positive, strong and a mindful coach, who sees beauty in life and everything around her. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about helping others. She helped me greatly in my everyday life and challenges by providing clear insight, advice and support. Fleur is clear, gentle, kind and strong and I would highly recommend her guidance as a life coach. (Jelena)

I wasn't sure I actually needed to see a life coach but thought I would try. After meeting Fleur, it made me realise how positive an experience it is and I recommend everyone should do. Even if you don't realise there is anything that needs changing Fleur made me see areas of my life that did. For me I came out feeling different about certain areas which only little things I could do could have a positive impact on my life. I recommend Fleur wholeheartedly. Fleur is very gentle but has a lovely way about her so easy to open up and talk to. (Amanda)

Sally is such a life force with her natural energy and positivity. She demonstrates and manages to keep a beady eye on everyone, correcting and encouraging. (Sue B)

I LOVE Sally's classes. I've been coming for four years now

and can't imagine my week without them. She makes you work incredibly hard but with a huge smile and infectious

enthusiasm that makes the tough stuff fun. (Suzie)
