Teen Coaching
Life coaching for teens is an invaluable tool in helping young people navigate the complexities of adolescence. During the teenage years, individuals face a variety of challenges related to identity, relationships, academic pressures, and future career decisions.
Life coaching provides teens with a structured and supportive environment to set personal goals, build self-awareness, and develop strategies for managing stress and making informed choices. By having a mentor or coach who is skilled in listening, guiding, and offering constructive feedback, teens can build confidence, improve communication skills, and develop a clearer sense of direction as they move through this formative phase of life.
Additionally, life coaching can be particularly important in helping teens develop resilience and emotional intelligence. Adolescents often struggle with emotional regulation and may feel overwhelmed by the expectations of school, social life, and family. A coach can help them understand their emotions, cope with setbacks, and foster a growth mindset, which encourages viewing challenges as opportunities for learning.
At a time when mental health concerns like anxiety and depression are on the rise, having a life coach can provide teens with the tools to handle stress in a healthy way and prepare them for the responsibilities of adulthood.

Neurodiversity Coaching
I like to work with neurodiverse individuals such as those with ADHD, Autism, or other cognitive differences, life coaching is even more essential.
Neurodiverse individuals often face unique challenges in social interactions, executive functioning, and emotional regulation, which can make navigating everyday life more difficult.
Life coaching boosts their self-esteem by helping them recognise their strengths and embrace their neurodiversity.
For teens, this support is crucial in helping them thrive in school, relationships, and future career paths, where traditional methods of guidance may fall short in addressing their distinct experiences. Often Neurodiverse teens without specialist support develop mental health problems.
I am a life coach trained in working with neurodiverse individuals I provide personalised strategies that cater to their specific needs, helping them build practical skills for time management, organisation, and self-advocacy.
I have coached many Neurodiverse individuals who were struggling with their mental and emotional health, people with various unhelpful coping methods such as disordered eating, self sabotage, over spending or addictive substances; and I pride myself in offering that safe space for growth and exploration to adults and children alike.
